This July, the Macrix Community had the pleasure of celebrating the impressive accomplishments of our team members who participated in the second annual Macrix Sports Challenge. This month-long event took place throughout June, serving as a health-focused and engaging initiative designed to foster camaraderie, encourage regular physical activity, and bring all our employees closer together.
Throughout the Macrix Sports Challenge, participants engaged in a variety of activities, all aimed at amassing points and kilometers in a spirit of healthy competition and teamwork. But this event wasn’t just about sports—it also provided a platform for our team leaders to hone their leadership skills, guiding their teams effectively and enhancing their motivational and communication abilities.
The culmination was a grand award ceremony held at our Poznan office, where we celebrated our collective achievements. The winning team was given the opportunity to select a charity to receive a donation of 3000 PLN. This sum was determined by converting the kilometers covered by all participants into monetary value.
