Your responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the technical aspects of projects
  • Collaborate with the customer, product team and development team
  • Determine project goals and priorities with management and other involved stakeholders
  • Support in estimations and offers preparations
  • Analyze risks and actual performance against the plan and make adjustments consistent with plan and business objectives
  • Recommend technology stack, tools and standards that increase productivity
  • Assist in critical problems, software, hardware and personnel decisions on a project and on the organization level
  • Ensure continuous development and improvement of the ongoing project activities
  • Be a mentor and role model for less experienced colleagues.
