Silence Is Killing Your Team – We Built The Fix: Hybrid Harmony – Project Update
Managers in hybrid and remote teams face a silent problem: issues stay hidden, burnout goes unnoticed, and difficult conversations get postponed indefinitely. When people work in isolation, uncertainty grows faster, misunderstandings linger longer, and stress has fewer natural release valves.
Hybrid Harmony is our answer: a live, facilitated e-learning platform that gives teams a shared, structured framework to build psychological safety into everyday work. Unlike LMS or LXP tools, it is synchronous, team-centric, and requires no subject-matter expertise from the manager. Macrix leads both the technology and content development, collaborating with HR experts and European partners from Poland, Italy, Spain, and Greece.
Overview of the platform The platform is built around five content pillars covering 11 courses:
Giving Constructive Feedback
– Making Mistakes and Failing Wisely
– Open Communication and Transparency
– Productive Conflict
– Speaking Up with Confidence
What we shipped so far:
– Test version released — shared with stakeholders for feedback
– 8 courses live
– AI avatar “Harmony” integrated (stylized, multilingual) + background
– Manager dashboard with real-time participant tracking
– Live session engine — synchronous, facilitator-led workshops
– Language support → Polish, Spanish, Italian, Greek

Voices from the Team:
Behind Hybrid Harmony is a multidisciplinary team bringing together technical expertise, HR knowledge, and project management experience. Here are some of their perspectives on the challenges, ideas, and decisions that shaped the platform’s development.
“The toughest part was definitely the whiteboard. I had to dig into the entire Excalidraw package and tweak the existing code so it would actually work for our use case. The main thing we wanted to achieve was more flexibility. The course organizers needed to be able to add their own custom elements – kind of like a library of ready-made components tailored for their courses. That way, managers can just grab what they need and drop it onto the board without having to build things from scratch. I ended up spending about 11 hours straight in the office on it – basically stayed until I got everything working the way it should. ”
– Marta Gralak, Software Engineer
“An avatar brings a neutrality and consistency that’s actually very valuable. It doesn’t favor anyone, it doesn’t filter information, and it gives everyone the same level of access.”
– Olga Piątek, HR Expert
“Many SMEs don’t have a dedicated person driving growth and knowledge flow. That’s exactly where this platform makes sense – it brings structured, expert support to organizations that don’t have in-house resources.”
– Claudia Sójka, HR Expert
“We weren’t building an AI demo or a short-lived experiment. We were building a real platform that had to be stable, predictable, and maintainable long-term. That mindset shaped every decision we made.”
– Justyna Trocińska, Project Manager
Whats next?
Development of the Hybrid Harmony platform continues at full speed as we prepare for the upcoming pilot testing phase. Our team is focused on refining the platform’s functionality, improving the user experience, and ensuring everything is ready for real-world testing.
The next major milestone will be gathering valuable feedback from pilot participants, helping us identify opportunities for improvement and further tailor the platform to the needs of its future users.
